I've had a good day, it's been exciting and full and nice. But now I feel terrible. I want to hurt myself so much. It's like all the excitement was a drug and now it is over I'm down. I hate this. I have a good day and once I'm alone at night I want to destroy myself.

Hopefully you will be able to work in therapy on those triggers that you get when you are home alone. I'm glad that you had a good day. What made it good? Try to repeat it?

Just think about the day you just had, and what made you feel so great, and just keep your mind on those thoughts when you get sad later.. ♥
