For a long time, I was doing really great. I hadn't SI'd in months.
Then everything began to pile up and my go-to fixes weren't helping as they should.

I'm ashamed and the scars glare up at me daily.

Why is it that the longer I go without, the more it takes to "get my fix"?
And what should I do when nothing else is helping?
