There are so many thoughts racing through my head.
They all end up in the same place.

I want to.
I feel like I need to.
My hands are cold and clammy.
My heart is racing.

I know I shouldn't.

But I think I'm too weak to resist.

I resisted for the most part. Better than I usually do.

I'm not sure what always triggers it. Sometimes something in the present, sometimes a thought from the past, sometimes it just seems to hit me for no reason.
