I thought I was over all of this but its not true. I stop for about 2 months before I started up again. Now all I do is either SI or think about the next time I will be able to do it. Everything seems to be setting me off, with everyday things that we performed everyday, it just seems to be affecting me so much now and it's all I can do.
I also know that it is getting worse than the last time I SI for the first time.

So what happened to enable you to not SI for 2 months? What changed to start the SI urges again? Are you in therapy?

I'm no sure what enabled me not to. Things started to get on top of me things changed again for me and I couldn't deal with any of it so I turned back to it.
Yes I am in therapy.

Are you working on your SI in therapy?

At least you are talking about it. But it sounds like when the 2 months, it seems like you were extremely busy. It's a thought. Good luck
Thanks for this!
