I cut my upper arm a few months ago. I have a friend that I am getting closer to, have known for about a year now. We took our kids swimming today and I actually didn't hide my scars. I was SO afraid that she would look at me like I was crazy, but she didn't even mention it and we had a great time! I never thought I would be willing to wear a swimsuit again, but I did it!

Well done nicoleb2. I have to think like that when its summer.
My scars are there when I look, but its amazing what the world does not see. I constantly think that people can see my scars, but I went out in a t-shirt, and no one noticed. It made me feel good inside. Well Done for getting over a hurdle nicoleb2. Hugs and more Hugs.
