Crazydancinggirl. Dont.
Run cold water over you arms and legs, hold ice, find somewhere private and scream at the top of you're voice, find somewhere private and break bottles (if you can). Dont cut. Play loud music or get a cold shower. Do any or none of the above but dont cut. Its not worth it. Trust me. Go visit a friend or be with company thats a nice warm enviroment. Hugs and more Hugs, Sanada. __________________ The opposite of a correct statement is a false statement . But the opposite of profound truth maybe another profound truth.
