It may feel like everything is ruined, but the best way to get through it is to simply search for a better treatment option. I've heard of a couple different options. One is called NLP and requires a trained professional (this may or may not be an option depending on the area you live in) The second is called Energy Psychology, and can be used to calm yourself down. It will look weird, so for the first few times try not to do it in a busy environment. The one nice thing about Energy Psychology, is that you can teach yourself, and study it by yourself. If you wish to have some one to talk to, then there are trained professionals out there (again depending on the area you live in)

There's a few ideas to start off with. Meds and therapy go hand in hand. Use them together along with an exercise program, (try yoga). Do all you can to help yourself... I know it will be hard to start, but it is so worth it. And as always posting here helps a lot to. Since we all know how we feel, or have a good idea. Sending safe hugs
