Wow, I have just replied to a post and 'realised' something.

My cutting is/was addictive, I replied to a post saying I had replaced cutting with counting (counting the days, weeks and months), of no cutting.

I guess I just had 'Epiphanies' (moments of realisation), about how to view my addictive nature to cutting. It is now at the 'moment' an addiction to 'counting' the days, weeks and months that go by of no cutting.

Cool. Deff a step in the right direction.

Count instead of Cut. Count the time of not doing it and it may have the same affect as it has on myself.

Thanks PC..

My T and I talked about this same thing, counting instead of cutting, at my last session. It has been working for me so far. It has been 1 week and 1 day since I injured last.
