ok i have made it a few days with out si but now the eruge is on me again like a 5 on a 5 point scale and again nothing seems to be working. why am i like this why cant i be like every one elsh? i am jest so sick of this is it even worth it to stop it aint like i am hurting any one inportant.

i have ben thinking about how my dad abused me and my sither and no matter what i try i jest cant seem to get out of my head

yes i have been talking to my t about my past and how i cant get out of my head. he sent me to a dbt skills class but none of the skills thay teach seem to work for me. maybe i jest aint doing them right idk, all i know is i am in pain and there is only one thing that has ever worked to fix that.

Well now I have a t app in the morning and I think he is going to sugest me going to the hosbital again. Cuse I called hem and told hem I was cuting again aand thinking about sulaside.
