Are you reacting to your husband leaving?

Try keeping yourself busy. When you have urg do something, like buy a red pen and draw lines on your wrist. I know that helps some people. Rip up paper...just a fyi. Your fingers start hurting after a hour or more. I tried that. Go on a walk or call a friend or get on here and talk to people in chat. Do something before you hurt self. Please be safe and I will be thinking about you.

Definitely call someone. There are tons of numbers to call if you don't have someone close to talk to. Usually even in the front of your local phone book there are crisis numbers. Always the kindest people on the other line. Reach out to others and don't isolate.
