I just got home from a night out with a friend of mine, and I want to cut again. Maybe it's because I still fear being abandoned, maybe cause we disagreed about some stuff...

I don't know I just know that I want to cut again, really bad, and I don't like this feeling

I just realized I forgot to call my medical assistance worker about my insurance being cancelled.

That means my daughter can't have her ADHD meds any tie soon, and school starts soon. I am such an idiot.. now i want to cut even more

Sorry everything seems to go wrong, but even if it seems to go wrong, try to find something that is going RIGHT!! Like for example your daughter enjoys doing something, or you have accomplished a day without cutting, or made it an hour. Even something as small as eating a candy or something can be something that has gone right. Or if you feel like you need something else, try going out into nature, and just enjoying life. Take your daughter with you, and enjoy today.
