I was having a good time yesterday hanging out with my friend and out of nowhere this morning I became increasingly depressed.

Im not 100% sure where it came from....

It may be from taking my pills again because I forgot for a couple of days and started back on the full dose n it might be a side effect

It may be from my dads drinking last night

i dont know but ive been so happy lately i feel like life is just dealing out all the pain ive managed to avoid for a month now and now all i wanna do is cut.....

I understand the feeling. Is there anyone you can talk to about this? Either a close friend or parent/guardian? Stay safe.

I'm glad that you have been feeling better. This is important. I can see how your dad's drinking would make you feel bad. This is very understandable. Your feelings will move back and forth. This is normal. We all respond to sad things.
