I saw my T today and opened up to her more honeslty than i have in the 4 years since I started seeing her. I feel so vulnerable and I really don't like it.
I want so badly to cut right now. To make the vulnerability go away. To shut down and hide again |

Good work. I can understand how you would feel vulnerable. It is part of the process. I'm sorry that you are distressed.

Not so ok now. I don't know how I can keep going when I end up feeling this bad. It's just one thing after another, and I'm trying to deal with it, but it all just gets so big i can't handle it.
Cutting urges are back with a vengeance today. Last time they were this bad is the last time I cut ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Having a MUCH better day so far today. No urges at this time. Going out to dinner tonight with my one and only friend and then going to the meditation class she teaches!

I can see that when I have the better moments, and I know it even when I have the bad times, but when it's bad, it's hard to see getting out of that bad place
