After 2 weeks, and I slip. I'm scared of slipping again, I'm scared to talk to my Pdoc, and tell him he is retarded, and types WAY TOO much. It's like he doesn't listen to me, or remember what I tell him. Need less to say, I'm frustrated. not only with myself, but others around me. Not to mention I'm scared of slipping again. I'm scared of my school work. Any ideas to stay away from the SI?????

Are you still seeing your therapist?

Yes, but he's out of town right now, and I'm having a hard time getting back in to see PDoc. I've had to take additional medication, but It's not helping enough....between the anxiety and the SI, I'm scared that a full blown Anxiety attach will happen, or the other SI will happen, and then neither will help, and I'm stuck back to where I don't want to go. I just wish that something would help.Oh and being scared doesn't help either.

Have you seen the videos on You Tube where the person explains how to not fear an anxiety attack?

I found the one I was looking for and it was removed because the guy closed his account! I looked for others and couldn't find anything like it. His basic message was to not fear the attack. This helps because a person's reaction to the attack makes it much worse. He was really calm in the video and he was saying "Okay, I'm having an attack. I'm going to be okay. I always end up okay after an attack." He advised not to fight it and to not berate yourself because you were having it. Breathe and try to calm down but don't make it worse with fear and dread.
