this is mainly for me, but I want to make it public, so I have a higher chance of success. (people knowing, me feeling like I'll let them down, that sort of thing)
My goal is to go from this point for one week with out self-harm. On the 10, If I can honestly say, that I have not self-harmed within this week, then I'll get to take a two hour break to read my fun book, and listen to music. There my goal is out there, I don't know how I'll get through the week, but I hope that my doc can get me in so I don't have to suffer that much with anxiety issues. Two weeks, since I called and still can't get into see the doc.... I hate his office hours. |
