I feel so horrible about myself lately, so I've been cutting more often. But even after I cut myself, I still feel horrible. The only thing that makes me feel better is over dosing on pills. I recently spent the night in the hospital for it and three days in a mental hospital. Obviously overdosing is bad, but I can't help it. It makes me feel so much better, no matter what.

(((((Wings))))) If you are still ODing, you might want to go back to the hospital. Would hate to lose another member of PC to su. Do you have a t you could talk to? Or a safety plan to follow when you get this bad? How does ODing make you feel better? Do you have other coping skills that are safer to try? I hope you are able to get the help you need.

Hey Broken Wings...
Been just exactly where you are...but subbing out one thing for another is not the way..trust me..will end you up in the hospital or worse.. Please call your T or the SUI crisis lines or get someone to come and stay with you or take you to the ER... You are just to precious to lose, and it's not worth risking that you "know" what just a little too much is.. reach out for help and connections to others..that is the way out right now... Sending you hugs wrapped in angels wings for safety and security.. Wysteria Blue __________________ Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your heart. Who looks outside, Dreams...
