I am very paranoid right now and afraid to go up to my room and get some rest. I'm also afraid of what I might do. I just going minute by minute. That's all I can do. I want to take some extra meds not really od just take a couple of my other meds. Please I need some advice and some encouragement.

Hey Teresa...

Please don't take the extra meds...that's never a good option either...been there and done that. I like that you are staying downstairs..if you feel brave enough..can you run upstairs and lock up your "stuff" so that it is not easy to get to and then come right back downstairs or give it to someone for safe keeping? (they don't have to know what it is..) Do you have a list of self-soothing things that you can do to reward yourself for not Si-ing?

Just keep remembering that these come in waves..and we have to ride them out like on a surf board...by distraction or just feeling it and knowing it will pass and then watching it go on by..Can you call your T for a little extra support or call a friend to just come by for some pizza or something or take yourself to the movies for a while?

I know you are really struggling..my hand is in yours...hang in there..

Warm fuzzy huggles,

Wysteria Blue

Hang in there...I have had paranoid episodes and they are really tough to deal with. I take Zyprexa that knocks those episodes out real fast.
