3 years is great! Do you understand what helped you to accomplish this? Is something stressful right now that is causing the urges?

It's good you haven't hurt yourself. I sometimes get the urge to cut myself sometimes. I'm sure there are other ways to relieve stress. You could hit a pillow, take your pet for a walk or write down what you're feeling?

Did you start some new meds when this started? Do you have a pdoc and/or therapist to discuss this with?

no ive been on my meds for 3 yrs. only recently upped risperdal because of anxiety issues.

i dont have a t and i only see pdoc for meds.

btw...u live really really really really really close to me!
