I am totally pissed at my t about some recent interactions. I have a paperweight i borrowed from t. I just used it to cause myself a bunch of bruises. Why? Am i using it as though she is punishing me?

If you were angry at your t I think a likely reason could be that you feel like by hurting yourself with your t's paperweight, you're getting back at her - not 'punishment' for either of you necessarily, but a kind of 'I've been hurt with your paperweight, are you happy now' sort of thing. Directed venting maybe. I would have no idea though as I don't know about the full situation. Hope you figure it out! ^_^

Are you going to talk to your T about these interactions?

Talked to t today. She actually brought up my being so angry with her. Obviously I don't hide things as well as I wish to. We discussed it, she understood why I was angry and I kind of understood her point of view, so things are much better now.

Very good! I'm glad that your insides match your outsides (with the anger). This is good.
