I have cut today and yesterday and have not done it in 4 months here we go again Iam going to go cut now the hell with it all

I cut myself yesterday and for me it's been 3 months and before that 4 months. I am dealing with other health problems and I think yesterday after my biopsy on my thyroid nodule I just didn't know how to deal with the feelings associated with that. Honestly I'm not even sure what I'm feeling.

agma had surgery in Sept need my mother to drive me to pt and anywhere else I need to go or she does it for me Iam such a burden
