She actually did it about a month or so ago, but decided, in the heat of an almost entirely unrelated argument we were having this afternoon, to mention it to me.
Don't know why she was snooping through my stuff in the first place; I'm almost 21, and you'd think I wouldn't have to worry about stuff like this. In a way, I'm actually relieved. Saves me the trouble of having to approach her with it; I'd been wrestling with it all year. But that was NOT the appropriate time to bring it up. I'm incredibly frustrated. I'm also beginning to realize how emotionally manipulative she is, but it's difficult to approach that issue while sympathizing with her at the same time, because I can see where she's coming from, but it doesn't change the fact that she does like to use guilt-inducing tactics. Very often. It's been one of the crappiest Thanksgivings so far. I haven't cut in over a year. I'm not tempted right now to cut or anything; I spent most of yesterday crying over family drama, so I'm quite tired of it today; for some reason, it was surprisingly easy to detach myself from my emotional state to mentally approach the issue from an objective standpoint, but I think being cried-out sorta helped. I'm actually going over to my best friend's house tonight; thank gods for her. Yup. Just an update on my life.
