I've never met anyone who Sh before..so bear with me..this is a little bit odd.
I've self-harmed for 7 years (I am 16.) But in the past month, it has gotten 100 times worse then what it was. And it was pretty bad before.
I'm running out of time for the sake of my mental well-being, and the scars are building up rapidly.
I am completely lost and scared...SOS!

Can ou seek help from a therapist, school counselor or other adult who can get you the help you need?

Find someone who will not judge you to talk to and if you need it maybe find a program SAFE Alternatives has a wonderful SH program. Stay safe
