The cutting urges need to stop. It was an awful day. T session was miserable . Got a talking to in dbt, my kid had a t appointment... I just want it to go away. I want to sleep and i don't know how to make that happen, other than cutting

Oh, nicoleb2, I so hope you can come up with another way. You've been thru the sticky, right? All the usual ... Warm baths, cool showers, meditation, sex, food, gentle yoga ...

I wish I had something to offer.

Is music enough of a distraction if you sing with the songs? It helps me, mabe you should try it, even if you don't sing, It still gets some of th emotions out.

When I feel this bad, I have a hard time finding anything distracting enough. Somehow, I managed enough willpower last night to just keep doing stuff on the computer till I finally got tired at 2am
Thanks for this!

I'm glad you found some willpower. If you have to, do the same thing again. Just stay on the computer. It happened once, it can be done again.
Thanks for this!
