Very a few nights ago i was really stressed out and trying so hard not to cut i finally got to sleep and my boyfriend said i kind of woke in the night and he found me searching for something sharp when he asked what i was doing i just mumbled something but i have no memory of this. How weird.

Aslan - yeah i have a dx of PTSD so could be part of it.
Sanada - I've been battling cutting for a long time and winning most of time.

Do you have Narcolepsy?
That's the first thing I think of when I hear automatically walking, talking, sitting up, eyes open, answering, ect... and not remembering it.
Then I also think of DID...

I would think you might want to go see a pdoc or T over this. Maybe find something that could either help you in therapy or meds that will stop this from ever happening again. That' has to be really scarey.. (((crazylife)))

No not narcolepsy but i am being testing for epilepsy but have been dx with dissociation. I will be bringing it up with T in new year. Thanks.
