I can't fight this crap anymore.......I am sick of trying, I give up everything I do is wrong I know this year will be a disaster, I have had nothing but headaches with stress, What is the point? I am miserable all I do is moan. I want out of this crap

((((Buttercup)))) - it is horrible when those negative thoughts kick in and think they can predict the future for us. Fight them back Buttercup, this year may have some negatives, but may also have some positives and some neutrals - that is how life is - don't let the negatives dictate how it is going to be for you.

Why do you fight it anyway? Acceptance of crap and then working on it is more effective. (I don't mean acceptance like "it is okay". I mean acceptance of the circumstances that they exist.)
