Sorry Have not been around (self Injury trigger)

Ive been in hospital ,I Cut my wrists.......:-( Have been in for the last week Could not wait to get out and back to everyone on here !!!!! I just had had enough of life And had been taking extra meds Should be on 1 and a half but have been taking 7 every night Just felt that I could not go on anymore ........My shrink said that he may put me on a section Im hoping he will cause that would mean I have to get help If you know what I mean.......I will be better if I got some help the rite help,Im sorry if Ive triggered anyone with this post Honestly did not mean too.....Im ok now I have to be I want to be a part of this world Ive alot to offer If I just keep my head together.

I hope you get some good help ... you certainly deserve it, although it can be very hard to obtain in the UK, as I have found myself ... Wendy posted some resources on the thread I started in case you haven't read it. I hope your shrink "steps up to the plate".
