That is the question. Do I go in to the mh or wait until the next appointment with my pdoc... Here's the situation. I've had 4 weeks of off/on sui thoughts, an increase in si (and the si is not helping), and woke up with an anxiety attack, my body is at least calm, but my mind fills like a thousand lights are lighting up.

If you where in my shoes, would you wait until monday, or just go in to a mh?

Much as I'd like to say I'd wait for Monday, and much as I hate the hospital, I'd probably end up going in.

School starts Monday... I just would have to be in the real world by Tuesday night... I"m scared that it would't happen that way... so I"m hesitating
