I had such bad cutting urges yesterday. I spent a lot of time talking with & texting my t. I managed to make it through the day without cutting, but instead, I took a vicodin because I knew with my other meds I'd actually sleep.
I know I am crashing again and I don't know how to stop it

You made it yesterday, you can make it today. Do loving things for yourself in place of cutting. Hugs.

You may not know how to stop, but what really matters is the simple fact that you made it through the day. It's hard when the urges keep coming and we don't know what to do, and we feel as if we are lossing control, but if we keep our perspective we can make it.

Or at least that's what I tell myself. Perspective can help. Talking can help. and of course can help.
