thank you wepow

i wanted to ask something here. but i didnt know how to say it right. and it sounded stupid. so i deleted it. i constantly think about it. and do it. and want to stop the endless cycle. i know t is supposed to do that. but that might be awhile. i just want the thoughts to stop now.
