why is it that jest one the strugle seems to be over that you have finely wone that things start to snow ball down hill fast? it has been a little over 2 mounths for me sinch i si'ed, but now every thing is going wrong again i am relly depreshed and i want to si so bad. i know all the tricks and none of them seem to be working. is it relly that bad of a thing if i si? idk what to do it jest keeps geting worsh every day. i jest need a relesh you know? who are outher people to tell me i should not si thay are not me? sory for the rant i jest kind of needed to get this off my chest.

kaihig, can you look at it from the other angle? You overcame a struggle. Getting better is having many victories over many struggles. It isn't about just one struggle. But as you keep overcoming each struggle your life improves.
