Anyone else have violent intrusive thoughts about self-harming?

I have done only a little searching about intrusive thoughts, and see stuff about harming others (which doesn't apply to me), but not so much about harming oneself.

I just feel very alone with it.

Intrusive thoughts are related to anxiety. Have you been feeling anxious?

Yes. All the time. Sometimes they are out of the blue and I have to shake my head to get rid of them, sometimes I 'hear' and see them over and over again with every foot step I make. I don't see it as purely anxiety based, but more inner tension that I need to 'get out'.
