Just now I tossed away the utility knife that I have been using to self-harm for a long time now and that I used not too long ago in the waste (and by 'waste' I mean the burn barrels on our property because we live in the middle of nowhere) and burned it along with the trash…

…a step forward? I feel somewhat tearful…

Now what? . How do I take the road to self-love further? .

Edit:

And I suppose I feel a little proud of myself, which is strange, because I seldom allow that to happen. Usually I berate and criticize everything I do… .

Very good! Any other ideas about your next step for self love?
