Tonight thru noon on Sunday I am at a girl scout event. My problem is that I haven't been sleeping well and have awful cutting and suicide urges when I don't sleep.
At home I can get up and wander and do whatever I want... what do I do when I am at a camp with 20 other people?

Maybe the distraction of being at the camp will help with the urges? Let us know how it goes.

You feel dumb for not sleeping?
