I know ill be able to stop.
If I cut, just a little
Will it make the ache go away
If I cut, just a little
watch the blood run astray

If I cut, just a little
would you hold my hand
If I cut just a little,
would you understand?

When I cut, just a little
Will you look at me in shame
When I cut, just a little
Will you start to lay the blame?

Well I cut, just a little
I couldn't take the pain
I cut just a little
Its a neverending game

The bright red slashes
from when Ive cut just a little
Numb curtain falling over
Cause Ive cut, just a little

Cut the skin
Cut reality, skin thin
Searching for the truth
Should I cut just alittle?

*disclaimer - currently having urges but havent SIed in two days, this is ust how I feel*

((((((((((((Rainbowzz)))))))))))))))))) I know it is so hard to resist cutting especially once it gets into your thoughts. But it is so hard to stop once you start. Please talk to your t tomorrow before you do anything. Is therapy aggrevating the urge? Please try and be safe. I hope you were able to resist the urges. Take care and I will be thinking about you today.

Oooh I hope it goes well for you! Be completely honest about your feelings of self-injury.

And remember...one slip isn't the end. just a little

I went.

As usually, the stoic one of my alters took over and made a "it's not a big deal" and acted tough...

We showed her though, and she never really addressed it much to my surprise?

As soon as I left, I burst into tears and am currently hiding in my room now that i can cry where noone can see me. Still have urges, not nearly so bad.

Writing helps a great deal, as you've experienced. I know I think if I can do it just once, all will be well again. It's never that way with me, though...always in 3's for some reason.

I did it again.

I wasnt upset this time, just felt curiously dissasociated from it.. and almost wondering if I could just do it once.

well I have like eight new ones.

Earlier today I spent seven hours in bed crying. I am depressed majorly. They think im bipolar now too, and I could be crashing.

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. Is there anything you know which will help you feel any better? Please take gentle care of yourselves.
