well that's good. Build upon it. Make into a week, then a month, then 6. And on and on.

Good for you. I just lost it and cut after two years clean, but I started over and now I'm back at two weeks SI free and one week since I've been suicidal. Baby steps, one at a time. Look back every once in a while and you'll be surprised how far you've come.

the urge is getting to be too much to resist im trying but i dont know how much longer i can resist it has been 8 days since i have cut
