Do you know what causes you to want to self harm? Maybe try to stay away from that. Being around other people helps too.

Are you in therapy?

SI is such a strange addiction (I'm also an addict), nobody who has been there really understands it very well. I do know that my therapist has helped me a lot with figuring out what triggers my SI incidents.
