***potentially triggering***
It's been a while since I was here... I hope its ok that I even post something... All I want to do is SI. I was to SI and just stop the pain and loneliness from over taking me. It's taking all my energy to stop thinking about how and where I would do it ... although, I know exactly how I would. I could write more but thats basically it. I want to SI. it's all I can think about. I feel like my life is worthless and I have no one on my side ... which leads me back to wanting to SI .. ![]()

What can you do to work on this ^ stuff? Do you have a therapist?

I know what you mean about using all your energy to not si. It is very draining. Do you have a T you can talk to. Sometimes it helps just to have someone you can talk to. It definitely helps keep me on track, even if the urges are still there.

((((all))))) yes I am fortunate in that I have a great T... and she knows most of this, perhaps not the intensity of it though. I had emailed her the previous night with similar feelings and her response was helpful... i just need to figure out a way to handle these thing on mw own
