i so wanna burn my arm tonite ... burn is my cut! i scratch and bite arm tonite to try get burn feeling but it not enough! grrrrr!!!! *zips mouth*

Have you tried the butterfly project? or holding ice cubes?
They don't work for me, but they might work for you. I usually watch tv and eat chocolate lol. Sometimes I look at the stars and try to remember how insignificant my problems are compared to the universe...
