I feel like I failed. I SI'd after 1 month of not. That was the longest I had ever gone, and now I have to start over. Sometimes I wonder if I am ever going to be able to stop SIing.

all that matters is u try and stop agein u went that long u can do it try and find out what triggerd u to SI agein and how to stop it if it happeneds agein good luck

You didn't SI for a month and this is very good. Try to make a month or more again. Do you understand what triggered you?
