no matter what I try the thoughts of si come back and then i do it and it feels great for 10 minutes then I get mad at myself and the cycle starts over. I have not been doing well but I never seem to do well just ok at times. I just wish the negative thoughts would end for good. Just needed to get this out. Not sure what to do or what the answers are.

Well even if there aren't really any answers here's a hug

Sometimes when I have a really strong urge I try to disrupt it by going somewhere in public without anything that I could use to self injure...especially without people around me noticing.
