* * ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() part of my mind keeps throwing up thoughts of si'ing and sui thoughts i don't want them i don't want to act on them i'm scared of the thoughts i'm scared i'll lose the strength to ignore the thoughts i'm scared i'll give in to them i'm scared of being alone with this they are getting worse my ability to keep fighting seems to be lessening i'm scared of my mind ![]() i hate being scared ![]() i don't know how to stop this |

Do you have someone to talk through these thoughts and feelings? You should definitely seek a counselor or a therapist, if you can.
Here is a great link that has some wonderful suggestions to act on and distract yourself with: http://www.wikihow.com/Stop-Cutting-Yourself It really helps. It will get better, but you definitely can't do this alone. I speak from experience as someone who still struggles with these thoughts daily. ![]() Please keep us posted!!!

![]() i have a T just not finding anything is helping and that most information i read is directed at people who want to si (which used to be true), rather than at thoughts that are there when you don't want to ![]() |

I think anytime there could be any kind of support or comfort I ruin it; and now I don't know where to find it, what it looks like or if ever found again - how to hold on to it

"ruin it" is a strong word. Sometimes we sabotage ourselves because we are scared.
