which is quite beside the point .... bruises .. very welcome. But I would not have done it ...I felt cornered, I felt scared, I felt frightened, I felt threatened, I felt belittled ... so is that why I did it? Bruises will fade ( I didn't cut .. but I punched and broke ...), but will my heart fade ....
I feel so very small and 'nothing' right now.

It's IRL but I am just not feeling ready to talk about it in great detail.
