TRIGGER

Had a good day today but I still feel so hopeless. All I want to do is cry and cut and lay down on the floor watching the blood drain from my arms. Maybe it's the PMS talking. I hope so. I just don't know how to get through this tonight.

Oh, hun. There's always hope. Everyone has their good days, and bad days. But everything will be okay. Just fight the urge to cut. Don't let it take control of you. I understand that feeling. But yeah, PMS will definetly bring on those feelings. Just remember to tell yourself that you don't need it. You're stronger than that. It'll be okay. Trust me. There's always hope. There's always tomorrow. Just remember to think about the good things in life... keep someone around who you know can always cheer you up, and calm you down. I'm here if you ever need someone. I hope you're feeling better.

Anything else going on that is bothering you lately?

If you think it's just PMS (which is quite possible, I always get depressed too), just keep reminding yourself, "this is not real, it's just PMS, it's just my hormones going nuts, it will be over in a few days".

And see the world without your sorrow
Where no one knows the pain you left behind
And all the peace you could never find
Is waiting there to hold and keep you
Welcome to the first day of your life

Just open up your eyes as I lay you down tonight
Safe on the other side
No more tears to cry

There's a lot going on right now, and I know it's going to be stressful for awhile. I know I'll make it through this, I'm just so tired.

That's understandable. We're all here if you need someone to lean on. You can PM me, if things ever get too stressful, and you need someone to vent to.
