It does not sound silly at all

Sometimes we all set Big Goals, then get discouraged if we can't meet the goal right away, or slip once. Incremental steps are a big key to Long Term Goals

No honey not silly. That's how I started. I liked the feeling of progress (at first, there are definitely times that are hard). I have fought those urges, starting with the same one month goal, I can say I have not SI in almost 5 yrs. Do I struggle, oh yessiree. But I've done it, at this point the scars have almost entirely cleared up and I remind myself of that. As time goes on tweak this goal to fit your needs. Stay strong and learn to love yourself.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry you ended up slipping, but your goal wasn't silly at all!
I know it can be disappointing when you slip after doing better, but can you see this as a sign that something is going on in your life that has to be addressed instead of a failure? Slip-ups are learning experiences! Don't give up!
Thanks for this!

You went for 4 weeks which is very good. Try going for another 4 weeks.
