just say that
that you need her help
make it clear you werent trying
to kill yourself hopefully shes an
understanding person try to talk
to her about why you do it if you
can we had a therapist once who
wasnt very open and she just wanted
us to just stop it so it was hard to
talk to her but the last t we had was
easier to communicate with and she
would listen and try to understand
and help you wanna talk about why you
cut so much ill listen if you do i might
not know what to say but ill listen i
do it too sometimes so i think i understand
