Hey, well I just recently got ad news and my health issues are acting up again. I have to be put on crutches and rely on everyone else. I need to talk some things out without people judging. I don't know what to do instead of hurt myself, that has been my only escape, the only thing I can do right. I need advice.

Learning new coping skills is worth the time. Such skills as using distractions, grounding, relaxation, meditation. Just to name a few. There other escapes, but it takes time to find the right one, or to find a group that works at least once.
Thanks for this!
