I've spent a lot of time on self restraint. Today I gave in. My feeling were out of control and I needed to calm it down. I'm not sure what to do with myself right now.

Is SI a frequent or infrequent issue for you?

I haven't done it in a year or so. I used to do it everyday once upon a time but I learned to deal with things in other ways. I guess I just didn't know how I was feeling then. Sometimes I don't know what to do with myself.

We all struggle at times and it seems overall you are doing really well We all fall every now and then. If this is still an infrequent thing I would try to not be too hard on yourself
