Yesterday I actually cut myself in a public bathroom... I feel like an idiot...

Oh no. I am so sorry, love.
How are your emotions today? I remember you mentioned that you couldn't see your counselor for awhile (I think that's what I remember). Have you considered getting a different counselor who you can see more frequently? I think you really need someone to process things with.I know you are an awesome listener but if you need someone to listen, I am here for you. Love you dear.
