26 days is great! This next part is easier said than done, but: Just pick up and start over. Try to go for 27 or more this time....you did it before, you can do it again <3

26 days is an amazing achievement and something that should be celebrated. We all make mistakes and fall but what is more important is what we do from there Take it one moment at a time. You can do this again

26 days is fantastic!! You should feel very proud.

Don't look at this as the end of it though...it's not that you failed. You slipped up is all. Everyone does. It's part of being human. Don't let this discourage you. Look at is as an opportunity to go another 26 days, or perhaps even longer.

I wish you my best, and you are in my prayers.

Hugs,
Harley

It would be important to know how you did it if you would want to think about it and figure it out?

I think it's so great that you went such a long time without doing it... I quit several times before I hit a major stride and went 6 months... did it once, then haven't done it again for 7 years. It is so hard, but it can be done, and every time it gets a little bit easier, even though it never gets easy. I hope you are doing well.
Thanks for this!

Going for 26 days without SI is an amazing accomplishment! You should be proud of your strength and control! I'm certain you're strong enough to make this 0 the start of another 26
