i threw out main si items but not all
i could handle only small amount

and i feel empty hard not to use other si items help please

i just saw her and shes such a sweetheart
we discussed alott and i have a safety contract with her untill i see her next
an ill see her weekly and shes willing to work with me
and she let me give her a hug and she ends sessions with prayer and she also says to let her know if it gets to much an she will try to downscale an direct toward other then therapy

I guess trying to keep busy but now I have small scratches an a sore that i did not even do to myself I have an ink linking that an alter is doing it who's not coming fourth

I've had that form of anxiety before and it does go away... after a little bit.

Stay strong, the blade doesn't have to control you.

Find something that will distract you... ie a movie (mystery works well), good book, computer/video games.

If you are alone, sometimes going some where with people around can help.
